How can I find my ITIL Certificate?

 

As of December 31, 2019 the Art of Service has not to renewed the accreditation of all ITIL v3 courses as we decided not to upgrade to the current ITIL 4 version.

We can no longer give access or organize exams for any ITIL programs.

As the RTO we do not receive copies of the certificate as they are sent from the examination body.
If you search on the successful candidate register at Successful Candidates Register | Axelos this will show you on the directory.

All you have to do is apply to have a replacement certificate by completing the form link "Candidate Qualification Verification Form" on the Axelos website.
