Are the files editable?

Yes. The toolkit is editable XLSX. The playbook is PDF for reading. The intent is for you to adapt the templates to your own environment, not work in a sandbox.

    • Where do I download the course files?

      Inside the learning environment account that is created for you after purchase. The access email contains the login URL and credentials. Files are downloadable as PDF and XLSX.

    • Can I re-download my course files?

      Yes. Log into the learning environment and download again any time. There is no download counter or expiry.

    • Can I share the files with my team?

      Single-user license per purchase. For team use, ask for bulk pricing and we will quote based on the number of seats.

    • What devices can I use?

      Anything that opens PDF and XLSX. Mac, Windows, iPad, Android tablet, phone. The toolkit XLSX files open in Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, or LibreOffice.

    • Can I use it offline?

      Yes. Once you have downloaded the playbook PDF and toolkit XLSX they are local files. No internet required to use them.
